DELANO, CA — Detectives from the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office are investigating an armed robbery that occurred during the early morning hours of April 24, 2026, at a Delano travel center.
The incident was reported shortly before 1:00 a.m. at Big B’s Travel Center, located on Highway 99. Upon arrival, deputies interviewed the store clerk, who reported that a male suspect entered the establishment armed with a firearm and demanded money. The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of currency and was last observed traveling southbound on Highway 99.
