Twenty-eight dogs were found abandoned at an old junkyard by the property owner when he found a U-Haul with dogs caged everywhere on the property.

They are imported European shepherds. Several other rescues offered help and by Tuesday afternoon, the dogs had been safely removed from the property and were being assessed.
