ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – The Community School’s Strawberry Festival returns this weekend to Elmwood Park in downtown Roanoke.
The festival will feature strawberries, shortcakes and other treats. It runs Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Food and entertainment
The Taco’Ritas Festival takes place Saturday at the Berglund Center from 1 to 6 p.m. The event will include live music, vendors, kids activities and live wrestling. General admission tickets are $10, or $12 the day of the event. Children 12 and under are free.
