A resident of Wilmington is facing charges following a joint investigation into illegal dumping of trash and construction materials.
Delaware Natural Resources Police Environmental Crimes Unit personnel worked with DelDOT and State Police to monitor the area near the Port of Wilmington. Debris had been dumped on multiple occasions since last May along Terminal Avenue and I-495.
