Three more people are in custody in connection with the murder of Michael Garcia, a Marine veteran who was shot to death in St. Claude earlier this month, New Orleans officials announced Thursday.
The arrests bring the total number of suspects accused in the shootout to seven. One suspect is still at large, NOPD Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick said.
