Clubhouse Work & Golf, a first-of-its-kind coworking community built around an indoor golf club, has released first-look renderings of its newest location at 720 South Colorado Blvd., slated to open in late summer 2026.
The 23,000-square-foot workspace is comprised of two-floors, featuring 65 private offices, coworking areas, meeting rooms and five Trackman golf simulators.
One Line Studio, a Greenwood Village-based architecture studio founded in 2012 by Tim Politis, is the architect for the project. The designs highlight floor-to-ceiling glass windows framing unobstructed Rocky Mountain views, a putting green and a bar, all just steps from the workspaces.
