Only months after receiving the nation’s highest military honor, Royce Williams is being recognized again, this time with a plaque at the Mount Soledad National Veterans Memorial.
The ceremony took place on a clear day overlooking San Diego, where supporters gathered to honor the decorated Navy captain, who served in World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
