HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — Nearly 15 years after he disappeared, Hopewell police are still searching for a missing man.
In their latest search for Ivan Terry II, the department said it was especially thorough thanks to new software from the Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) and help from a dozen local partners.
