NEW ORLEANS — A woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Police said 57-year-old Rhonda Watts was arrested Sunday in the investigation of a deadly incident that happened April 28 in the 3900 block of Saint Claude Avenue.
