SCHENECTADY, NY (WNYT) – A balloon release was held outside the Bethel Northside Church in Schenectady Monday in honor of Malachi Fennicks.
21-year-old Malachi Fennicks was reported missing to Schenectady Police back on March 3rd, 2026. Police said he was last believed to seen on Van Vranken Avenue in the early morning hours.
On April 24th, 2026, police found Malachi’s body floating in the Mohawk River in Niskayuna. Schenectady Police said his death is not considered suspicious…
