RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The city of Richmond opened 78 new affordable housing units on its Northside during a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday.
“This is the work we are after as a city, right, when we talk about more homes for more people, when we try to create spaces where we can build more housing across the affordability spectrum,” Mayor Danny Avula said.
