Two people were shot in downtown St. Paul Monday evening, sparking a major police response as “active gunfire” was reported in multiple locations.
St. Paul Police Department says it received multiple 911 calls at approximately 5:30 p.m. reporting shots fired at the RiverCentre parking ramp, and officers at the scene “reported hearing active gunfire in multiple areas.”
