(FOX40.COM) —A person died after a shooting Tuesday night in Modesto, according to the Modesto Police Department.
Modesto police said its officers responded at about 8:40 p.m. to a report of a shooting near Ellison and Lancey Drive. When they arrived, they found a victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
