PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One person is dead and another is hurt after a shooting in Southwest Portland late Tuesday night, according to Portland police.
Just after 10:30 p.m., officers and medical personnel responded to reports of shots fired at SW Naito Parkway and Harvey Milk Street, right outside where the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta wrapped up earlier in the evening.
When officers arrived, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. One man was taken to a local hospital, but the other man was pronounced dead at the scene…
