KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Every weekday morning at Milestone Senior Services, volunteers begin loading meals into their cars before heading out across Kalamazoo and Calhoun counties.
By around 10:15 a.m., drivers are on the road delivering meals to seniors who rely on the program not only for food, but often for daily interaction and wellness checks.
