ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Four people in Burlington were exposed to a rabid cat last month, according to the Alamance County Health Department.
On April 29, the ACHD was notified that four people came in contact with a cat in the area of South Ashland Drive and Tryon Street.
The next day, a lab in Raleigh confirmed that the cat tested positive for rabies.
