Police investigating a Wednesday report of a person having a psychiatric crisis at a York County home found a man dead with a stab wound.
Springettsbury Township police were dispatched at about 12:45 a.m. to a house on the 2500 block of Cambridge Road after getting a report of a man in crisis.
