LOS ANGELES, California — A Long Beach man was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison for possessing a Molotov cocktail during a protest in downtown Los Angeles last year.
Wrackkie Quiogue, a 28-year-old, was sentenced by United States District Judge Anne Hwang after pleading guilty in November 2025 to one count of possession of an unregistered destructive device. Quiogue has been in federal custody since June 2025.
The incident occurred during immigration enforcement operations in the greater Los Angeles area, which sparked protests, some of which turned violent.
