PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — On Thursday, Multnomah County will discuss a proposed ordinance that would ban mobile needle exchanges from within a 1,000 feet of a school.
Currently, in Oregon, there are no laws regulating where needle exchange programs can operate.
