Hershey Bears reinforce fan conduct policies after bitter end to Game 3 on Tuesday

The Hershey Bears are reinforcing fan conduct policies ahead of a must-win Game 4 vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Thursday night after a contentious ending to Game 3 prompted a frustrated reaction from the home crowd.

In a statement issued before the 7 p.m. puck drop at GIANT Center, the team made clear that throwing objects onto the ice will not be tolerated.

“As outlined in our guest conduct policies, with the exception of a hat trick or designated team-related traditions such as the Teddy Bear Toss, the throwing of any objects onto the ice during or following a Hershey Bears game is prohibited,” the Bears said. “Guests who violate these policies are subject to removal from GIANT Center.”…
