Man pleads guilty to involuntary manslaughter in fatal shooting of Toledo teenager

TOLEDO, Ohio — A man charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a teenager in west Toledo last summer entered a guilty plea in court Thursday.

Robert Dorr, 25, appeared in Lucas County Common Pleas and pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter with a three-year firearm specification. Dorr also pleaded guilty to charges of robbery and tampering with evidence.

As part of the deal, charges of aggravated robbery and grand theft of a firearm, along with an additional firearm specification, are expected to be dismissed at the time of sentencing…
