BERNALILLO — A man was arrested after allegedly leading police from multiple agencies on a pursuit.
Kendall Duran, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested May 2 for kidnapping, two counts of aggravated fleeing law enforcement, tampering with evidence, false title or registration, possession of a controlled substance, DUI and resisting arrest on Spartan Alley Road.
