Anchorage Fire Department Captain Mike Fish has officially completed his final shift, closing out a 25-year career of service with the department. He was honored with his 25-year pin during a ceremony surrounded by family, including his father, retired Captain Fish, and his wife, Heidi, along with fellow firefighters.
During the sendoff, Captain Fish passed his collar brass to his replacement, Captain Brett Keene, and was recognized for his long-standing dedication to training and mentoring the next generation of firefighters.
And to all our heroes: thanks for all that you do…
