TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A 20-year-old man is recovering after a driver struck him while he was riding his bicycle in a Toledo crosswalk. Now police are looking for the driver who fled the scene on Monday.
The crash happened at the intersection of Parkwood and Bancroft in broad daylight with multiple witnesses present.
