Toledo nonprofits seeing lower donations as would-be donors grapple with rising living expenses

TOLEDO, Ohio — As everyday living expenses continue to rise for people across the country, local nonprofits say they’re starting to see the effects – both in donations and in turnout at key fundraising events.
