Online auction platform faces mounting consumer complaints, criminal investigation

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – An online auction platform used to sell delinquent and adjudicated properties faces mounting consumer complaints and a criminal investigation by the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney.

CivicSource, a New Orleans-based platform that held contracts with municipalities across the country, has received an “F” rating from the Better Business Bureau of Greater New Orleans.
