The Ottawa County Health Department’s Sanitation Division reported the following critical violations during food inspections between April 1 and April 30.
Schedel Arboretum and Gardens, 19255 W. Portage River South Road, Elmore. Violation: The chlorine concentration for the dishwasher was about 25 parts per million and must be 50-100 ppm.
