Woman killed in Wichita hit-and-run remembered for faith and infectious laugh

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The family of a woman killed in a Wichita hit-and-run is trying to process the sudden and shocking loss of someone they describe as a bright light in the world.

Wichita police are investigating the crash, which happened Friday night near Taft Avenue and Leonine Road, just north of Kellogg Avenue. The victim has been identified as Kristina Kramer Rogers.
