TOLEDO, Ohio — The city of Toledo officially kicked off its summer parks and stream restoration projects Monday, announcing more than $4 million in improvements planned across neighborhoods throughout the city.
City leaders say the effort includes 12 different park projects focused on improving recreational spaces, restoring natural areas and strengthening neighborhoods.
