TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A group of residents from two Toledo apartment complexes have moved back into their units after being displaced for weeks during renovations.
Residents at the Byrneport and Norwich apartments were told they had to move out for renovations. Some of them ended up living in hotel rooms for over two months.
