TABOR CITY, N.C. (WECT) – Two men accused of multiple break-ins and thefts led deputies on a chase from southeastern North Carolina into South Carolina, the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) said.
Detectives with the sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Division tried to stop a vehicle May 11 that investigators believed was connected to recent breaking-and-entering and larceny cases in Columbus County.
