ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Federal prosecutors asked a judge Tuesday to schedule an October trial-setting hearing in the 2023 Trapper Creek killings case, saying they are still reviewing evidence turned over in discovery.
The three defendants — Tamara Denise Bren, Heraclio Sanchez-Rodriguez and Kevin Glenn Peterson II — were present for the hearing, along with their attorneys, as a judge granted the government’s request to postpone a trial setting date for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20.
