Appleton envisions $74M in public investment for Wilden Portfolio Park

Appleton has identified $74 million in public improvements and financial incentives needed to promote the development of Wilden Portfolio Park on the city’s north side.

The large investment would be recovered through the creation of Tax Incremental Financing District 14.
