Three arrested in High Point after 58 grams of fentanyl, 3 grams of cocaine seized during search warrant; shots fired at deputies

HIGH POINT, N.C. — Three people were arrested following a narcotics investigation Tuesday that led to the seizure of fentanyl and cocaine and a suspect firing a weapon at law enforcement during the execution of a search warrant, according to the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said members of the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit and the Guilford County Narcotics Task Force were serving a search warrant May 13, 2026, at 1017 Tabor St. when Courtenay Marie Hineline, 33, discharged a firearm at officers. No officers or other individuals were injured.
