OHIO — More than 2,500 customers across Ohio are without electricity Friday morning, with the largest outages concentrated in central and northeast parts of the state, according to PowerOutage.com.
As of Friday morning, 2,549 homes and businesses are currently without power statewide out of more than 5.47 million tracked customers. Ohio ranks seventh in the nation for both the number of outages and percentage of customers affected.
The largest county outage is in Franklin County, where 1,094 customers are without service. Lake County is reporting 825 outages, while Summit County has 197 customers without electricity. Additional outages are being reported in Cuyahoga County, Belmont County and Hamilton County…
