Downtown businessowners weigh in on revitalization plan

ST. LOUIS – Could a new state-backed plan finally bring more people, businesses, and life back to downtown St. Louis? Missouri lawmakers on Thursday approved a major plan supporters say could help transform downtown.

The proposal, known as House Bill 3231, would create what lawmakers are calling “innovation zones.”
