Sonic Temple delays opening due to storms

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Sonic Temple music festival delayed its opening Saturday by two hours due to lightning in Columbus.

Day three of Sonic Temple delayed opening its doors Saturday, asking attendees to shelter in their vehicles for safety. Initially set to open at 10 a.m., attendees were not able to arrive until noon due to weather concerns.

The change also adjusted the performance schedule slightly, with music now beginning at 12:40 p.m. instead of 12:05 p.m. The adjusted schedule resulted in three canceled shows: Amira Elfeky, ALLT and Butcher Babies, which had all been slated for 12:05 p.m. to 12:35 p.m. shows…
