COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Police are searching for a driver who struck and killed a person in northeast Columbus after a hit-and-run crash Saturday night.
The victim was trying to cross the street at Cleveland Avenue near Republic Avenue at about 9:45 a.m. when an unknown vehicle traveling north on Cleveland hit the person and did not stay at the scene.
Medics rushed the person to the hospital, where the victim died…
