CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — Detectives with the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a deadly shooting in the Buck Hall community of McClellanville on Saturday night.
Deputies responded just after 10 p.m. to the 8600 block of North Highway 17 after receiving reports of a shooting, according to the sheriff’s office. When they arrived, deputies found a person with apparent gunshot wounds.
