CARSON COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The Texas Department of Public Safety released information on a Sunday morning crash that killed one man from Amarillo.
According to Texas DPS, at around 7:08 a.m. on Sunday, 23-year-old Filemon Palicios-Carpio was driving a 2004 Ford Ranger eastbound on I-40 in Carson County. Palicios-Carpio’s vehicle left the roadway and partially entered the center median, and Texas DPS said he over-corrected the steering.
Palicios-Carpio’s vehicle traveled across both lanes and off the roadway, then went down a steep embankment and rolled over multiple times. Palicios-Carpio was pronounced dead at the scene…
