NEW ORLEANS — A court hearing is scheduled to take place on Monday in Baton Rouge in Orleans Parish Clerk of Court Chelsey Richard Napoleon’s lawsuit against Mayor Helena Moreno and members of the New Orleans City Council.
The lawsuit was filed one day after the City Council appointed an interim clerk for the Orleans Parish courts and called a special election to fill the seat.
