St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies responded late Saturday night to reports of a large party involving juveniles in the Lakeshore Villages community.
When deputies arrived at a residence in the 6600 block of Delta Ridge Avenue, hundreds of juveniles dispersed from the area. Many then relocated to a nearby closed neighborhood playground, where multiple fights broke out.
Due to the size of the crowd and ongoing disturbances, additional deputies from other patrol districts, Louisiana State Police troopers and members of the Slidell Police Department were called in to assist with crowd control and maintaining order…
