Storey County Fire crews responded to a commercial structure fire in Gold Hill on Monday evening. Upon arrival, firefighters encountered heavy flames coming from the building and quickly transitioned to defensive operations to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby structures.
Additional support was requested from Central Lyon Fire and Carson City Fire Department, with crews assisting in fire suppression efforts and overhaul operations after the main flames were knocked down. Officials said no injuries were reported during the incident…
