A Kansas City man is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges in Harrison County following allegations that he operated a vehicle without the owner’s consent and later possessed a controlled substance at the Harrison County Jail.
According to Harrison County court records, Danny Boy Manyer has been charged with first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, a felony, as well as delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a county or private jail or correctional center without a prescription, also a felony.
