SEDGWICK COUNTY— A Kansas man jailed following a crash that killed his passenger, identified as 23-year-old Ashley Peralta of Wichita, made his first court appearance on Tuesday.
Cesar Arreola-Garcia, 20, was charged with second-degree murder, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
