ELMORE COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) – A man died Tuesday after an incident involving Prattville police, and the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
Police said officers responded around 6:30 p.m. to a disturbance on Fairview Avenue after reports of a man who appeared intoxicated walking in and out of traffic while waving his arms.
Police said they subdued him and requested medical personnel to evaluate him. While being evaluated, police said the man suffered a cardiac event and was taken to Prattville Baptist Hospital, where he later died…
