OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — The Brent Swadley trial continued on Thursday in the Oklahoma County Courthouse. Swadley is accused of defrauding the state while operating state park restaurants.
There was new testimony in the courtroom on Thursday. A common theme among the testimony from the state’s witnesses was that they did what Brent Swadley told them to do, but they felt uneasy about marking up invoices that were being sent to the state for reimbursement.
Former employee Curtis Breuklander was first up on the stand on Thursday morning, a continuation of his testimony from the day before.
