Tia B’s Street Tacos announced its opening May 1 at 118 Northampton St. in Easton, where Doughpamine previously operated.
The new restaurant serves tacos, tortas, burritos, burrito sliders, bowls, quesadillas and nachos.
Bridget Lauer, a former lease analyst, owns the restaurant with her husband Christopher Quintile, who previously worked as a chef at The Tewksbury Inn in Oldwick, New Jersey…
