Historic Shreveport skyscraper redevelopment to bring new residential opportunities

SHREVEPORT, La. – One of downtown Shreveport’s vacant skyscrapers is a step closer to redevelopment.

The Louisiana State Bond Commission gave preliminary approval for financing tied to the Petroleum Tower renovation project Thursday.
