SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A woman who allegedly shot her ex-husband during a custody dispute was arrested for attempted murder and domestic violence in the presence of a child, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
The victim called the Salt Lake City Police Department seeking help with a custody dispute involving 34-year-old Sarah Elias, according to court documents.
Elias allegedly did not answer her phone when the victim tried calling after traveling from Wyoming to Utah “for his court-ordered parent time with his two children.”…
